Amelia to be an "Aldi" star!
Amelia Crowther who is 3 had attended BEAT TV tots for just 1 week when we sent her off for an audition for an Aldi advert. Amelia sailed through the first round of auditions impressing the casting directors with her confident “cheeky” approach.
Amelia then shone in her recall audition and was then offered the part to star in the TV commercial. She was filmed for two days at her home in Horsforth and loved every second of her TV debut.
Amelia has been chosen not only to appear in the advert but will also be used in the magazines and internet advertisements. In class she loves performing and telling us all about her unique experience on camera and hopes there will be more to come.
TV tots runs on Saturday mornings from 9-10am. If you know anyone who may be interested in attending please get in touch.

BEAT CASTING
As BEAT Drama has been successful in bringing through some amazingly talented performers we have a casting agency so as to introduce our performers to the industry. We have already introduced our pupils to appear in adverts, music videos & comedy shorts.
How it works -
*We receive a CV and a photograph from our BEAT member (Blank CV available from our downloads page)
*We keep both of these on file
*We get an enquiry from a casting director asking for us to send CVs and photos matching a particular profile, age and skill set.
*We send off CV's and photos of profiles matching the casting directors requirements.
*The casting director will then decide from viewing the CV's and photographs who they would like to see for a physical audition in person.
Points to remember -
*Auditions can be VERY last minute, a degree of flexibility is of great importance.
*Filming is a very long laborious process and can be quite boring with lots of sitting around!
*This has to be something that you are 100% committed to before you join the agency.
*Agency fees are a standard 20% of the overrall artiste fee plus royalties.
